He played a key role in export promotion policy formulation while serving in the Drawback Division of the Department of Revenue and contributed to modernization initiatives in customs administration, including the implementation of computerized customs assessment systems.
His experience also includes training and capacity-building assignments for customs and taxation officials both in India and internationally.
