Bringing over 24 years of extensive experience in enterprise SaaS and technology sales across global giants like Salesforce, Oracle, and IBM, Murthy will spearhead Darwinbox’s next phase of hyper-growth in the region.
Prior to joining Darwinbox, Murthy most recently led Salesforce’s South Asia commercial business, where he played a pivotal role in driving regional expansion and enterprise technology adoption.
His appointment comes at a critical inflection point for the Indian market. As enterprises rapidly transition Artificial Intelligence in HR from experimental pilot projects to core infrastructure, the demand for truly AI-native solutions is surging. Murthy’s leadership will be instrumental in helping Indian enterprises scale their people operations with the same confidence and agility with which they scale their revenue and geographies.
