Chanana brings over 25 years of experience across market research, consumer insights, business strategy, client consulting, and business development.
Before joining Toluna, he served as Vice President at Karvy Insights Limited, where he led client consulting, account management, business development, and strategic research initiatives.
His experience includes helping organizations transform data into actionable business insights while supporting growth and market positioning strategies.
Leadership Journey Across Research and Media Organizations
Earlier in his career, Chanana spent more than a decade with Kantar IMRB, where he held leadership roles across quantitative and qualitative research functions.
His work covered retail research, consumer behavior analysis, brand studies, and business intelligence programs for leading organizations across industries.
He also held business development and content-focused roles at ADI Media Pvt. Ltd., contributing to market analysis, industry research, and strategic business development initiatives.
