Dr Aravind Gnanabaskaran joins X Biz Techventures as CISO in a strategic leadership move to strengthen the company’s global cybersecurity capabilities.
Dr Aravind Gnanabaskaran has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer and Global Head – Cybersecurity Services at X Biz Techventures Private Limited. He will lead SecureNexus, the company’s cybersecurity vertical based in Chennai.
Driving global cybersecurity strategy
In his new role, he will define and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies, focusing on risk governance, compliance, and digital resilience.
His mandate includes building scalable security frameworks, strengthening threat intelligence capabilities, and integrating security into business transformation initiatives.
Focus on AI-driven security and GRC
Dr. Aravind will lead AI-powered threat intelligence programs and governance-led cybersecurity initiatives to enhance protection across client ecosystems.
With strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), he will ensure alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements while enabling secure growth.
Extensive experience across global organizations
Prior to joining X Biz Techventures, he served as Head of Cybersecurity Practice at Expleo Group, where he led enterprise cybersecurity engagements.
