Hemant Kumar Ravi Joins Infogain as Vice President & Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation

Infogain has appointed Hemant Kumar Ravi as Vice President and Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation, entrusting him with leading large-scale HR modernization initiatives that will impact over 5,000 employees globally. His mandate includes establishing HR Shared Service Centers, driving future-ready talent transformation, and spearheading strategic leadership hiring across international markets.

Hemant brings a wealth of experience in aligning people strategy with business transformation. Prior to joining Infogain, he served as GCC Leader – Talent Acquisition & People Advisory at EY, where he successfully led the hiring of more than 1,500 professionals in the technology, EPC, and utilities sectors for a Fortune 10 oil and gas major. Earlier, as Program Leader – People Tech Transformation & Analytics at Third Bridge Group Limited, he played a pivotal role in setting up GCCs, enabling HR technology adoption, and building leadership development frameworks.

Over his career, Hemant has held key HR leadership roles at Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, Kantar, Guidepoint, and AB InBev, championing global people transformation initiatives. His earlier experience at Accenture, Randstad India, Wipro Technologies, and Reliance Industries Limited saw him drive performance management, rewards strategy, and HR business transformation in collaboration with leading global consulting firms such as Booz & Co. and SAP AG.

An active contributor to academia, Hemant has served as a visiting faculty at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, conducting programs in People Analytics and Strategic HRM. His appointment at Infogain signals the company’s commitment to strengthening its people agenda, modernizing HR systems, and fostering a high-performance, future-ready workforce
