Jerish Joseph Joins Embark as Director – Managed Services & Chief People Officer

Jerish Joseph has joined Embark by Embassy Group as Director – Managed Services & Chief People Officer, bolstering the leadership team with his extensive HR expertise across India and international markets. An accomplished professional, he brings a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business goals, now focusing on talent initiatives, culture strengthening, and high-performing teams at Embark. This appointment supports Embark’s mission to simplify expansion for global companies in India through end-to-end GCC solutions covering workspace, talent, operations, and strategy.
Embark, backed by Embassy Group’s three-decade infrastructure legacy, integrates
strategy, infrastructure, talent, and operations into an accountable model for Global
Capability Centers (GCCs). The platform enables enterprises to deliver value from day one,
scaling into strategic growth hubs amid India’s rising GCC ecosystem. Services emphasize
practitioner-led execution, flexible models, and ecosystem partnerships for seamless market entry. Prior to Embark, Jerish served as Assistant Vice President – HR at K Raheja Corp since April 2025, managing residential and commercial non-REIT portfolios after roles as Senior General Manager there. His career spans Tata Realty (AVP HR, 2020-2023), Syskode Technologies (Director Operations & People, Middle East, 2017-2020), Cushman &
Wakefield (Associate Director, 2013-2017), Space Matrix (Senior Manager HR, 2011-2013),
Satellier, and ITC internship. He holds a PGDM in Business Studies from Institute of
Management Technology, Ghaziabad, underpinning his skills in digital transformation, M&A
integration, talent development, and cross-industry experience in real estate, tech, and
services.
In this dual role, Jerish will drive business growth via strategic HR, fostering culture and
capabilities in managed services. His international exposure, including Middle East
operations and engineering setups, aligns with Embark’s GCC focus. This hire enhances
organizational agility as Embark navigates competitive expansion demands.
