Mahindra Home Finance has announced the appointment of Kamleshwar Yadav as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), effective July 2025. Based in Mumbai, Yadav will lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management initiatives to safeguard critical systems and data, ensuring the highest levels of security across the organisation.
This appointment underscores Mahindra Home Finance’s commitment to building a resilient and secure digital ecosystem in the financial services sector, aligning with its vision to provide safe and reliable solutions to customers nationwide.
With over a decade of expertise in cybersecurity, Yadav brings extensive leadership experience from the banking, IT, and consulting sectors. He previously served as AVP – Cyber Security Specialist at CSB Bank Limited and as CISO at Tech Mahindra, where he managed global security operations. His professional journey also includes key roles at HDFC Bank, Capgemini, Emarson Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and Resource Square Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
A CISSP-certified professional, Yadav possesses deep expertise in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and NIST frameworks, with proven capabilities in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). His appointment is expected to further strengthen Mahindra Home Finance’s information security posture and support its digital transformation journey.
