His experience spans multi‑country reward systems, benefits design, and HR‑initiative execution within a large multinational environment, giving him strong exposure to both Indian and global workforce contexts. Earlier in his career, he held Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR roles across diverse organisations, building capabilities that directly support Redington’s need for a robust, globally consistent rewards ecosystem.
