The Madhya Pradesh government has appointed Navkiran Kaur, IAS, as Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Dabra, in Gwalior district, as part of a major administrative reshuffle involving 32 IAS officers.
A 2024-batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, Kaur was serving as Assistant Collector in Dhar before her latest posting. Her new assignment gives her independent responsibility for sub-divisional administration and revenue matters in Dabra.
As SDO (Revenue), Kaur will oversee key functions including revenue administration, implementation of government orders, land and related administrative matters, and coordination with various departments at the sub-divisional level.
Her posting is part of a broader reshuffle in which several young IAS officers of the 2024 batch have been assigned independent SDO (Revenue) responsibilities across Madhya Pradesh. Officers have been posted to subdivisions including Bina, Baihar, Majhauli, Kukshi, Deosar, Bichhiya, Shahpura and Bijawar.
The new assignment marks an important step in Kaur’s administrative career, providing her with direct field-level responsibility and an opportunity to contribute to governance and public service delivery in Dabra.
