Nemetschek India has appointed Sanjay Kumar Singh as its new Managing Director to lead the company’s Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, he will oversee operations in Hyderabad and Bangalore, while extending strategic support to the Mumbai office.
Sanjay, an IIT Kanpur alumnus with a Master’s degree, brings more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles across global technology firms. His career includes key positions at Cisco, Synamedia, L&T Technology Services, NDS Limited, Samsung Electronics, and iTriangle. He has a proven track record of building high-performance teams, scaling engineering operations, and driving large-scale digital transformation.
His professional expertise spans emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, OTT platforms, Pay TV solutions, and process re-engineering, making him well-suited to guide Nemetschek India’s next phase of growth.
As Managing Director, Sanjay will focus on expanding the GCC’s capabilities, strengthening innovation, and positioning it as a global center of excellence aligned with the Nemetschek Group’s vision of advancing digital solutions for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries.
