Kotak Mahindra Bank has appointed Nipun Siddhrau as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Executive Vice President, strengthening its leadership across information security, technology and digital transformation.
Siddhrau brings more than 20 years of experience across information technology and banking, with expertise in information security, technology transformation and digital initiatives.
In his new role, he will contribute to strengthening the bank’s information security capabilities while supporting its evolving technology and digital transformation priorities. His appointment comes as financial institutions continue to enhance cybersecurity and build resilient digital infrastructure.
