In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Bihar government has appointed Rahul Kumar, a 2011-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, as the Managing Director of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd (NBPDCL) and Bihar State Power Transmission Company Ltd (BSPTCL). Additionally, he will serve as the Director of the Bihar Renewable Energy Development Agency (BREDA).
