Senior IAS officer Rashmi Singh has been appointed as the new Secretary of the Department of Women and Child Development (WCD), Government of NCT of Delhi. An officer of the 2007 batch from the AGMUT cadre, Singh brings with her a wealth of administrative experience and a strong track record in social sector governance.
Known for her proactive and inclusive approach, Singh has previously held key positions across various departments, where she played a pivotal role in driving community-centric initiatives and public welfare programs.
