Shailesh Jejurikar Elected P&G President and Chief Executive Office
The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) announced that Shailesh Jejurikar, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, has been elected President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. He will succeed Jon Moeller, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman, continuing to lead the Board of Directors and provide strategic counsel to the Company.
In addition, the Board has nominated Mr. Jejurikar to stand for election as a Director at the upcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting in October 2025.

Mr. Jejurikar joined P&G in 1989 and has held various senior leadership roles across Fabric Care, Home Care, and Enterprise Markets. He has worked extensively in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and played a key role in driving excellence across supply chain, IT, and global business services. He has been a member of P&G’s Global Leadership Council since 2014.
