Shreya Radhakrishnan has been appointed as Vice President at Standard Chartered, marking an important milestone in her professional journey across finance operations, strategy, and risk management within global banking environments.
In her new role, Shreya will contribute to strategic initiatives, complex financial operations, and data-driven decision-making at Standard Chartered. Her responsibilities involve working across multi-stakeholder and cross-functional teams, supporting the bank’s focus on operational efficiency, governance, and informed strategic execution.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Shreya Radhakrishnan spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs, where she progressed through roles from Analyst to Associate and Vice President. During her tenure, she worked across operations, cross-functional strategy, and organisational initiatives, building a strong foundation in global financial services and institutional processes.
In addition to her experience in global investment banking, she also served as Vice President of Strategy at YelloSKYE. In this role, she focused on strategic planning, performance metrics, and growth-oriented initiatives, contributing to business decision-making and long-term organisational objectives.
With combined exposure to large-scale banking operations and strategy-led leadership roles, Shreya brings a balanced perspective across execution and planning.
