Varun Sanghi Appointed as Non-Executive Chairman at OLX India

Varun Sanghi has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman at OLX India, marking an important addition to the company’s leadership and governance structure.
Sanghi currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at CarTrade Tech Ltd., where he plays a key role in shaping corporate strategy and driving business growth. In his new capacity, he is expected to provide strategic guidance and strengthen board-level oversight at OLX India.
With over a decade of experience at CarTrade Tech Ltd., Sanghi has held several leadership positions, including President – Corporate Finance. During his tenure, he has led critical financial initiatives and contributed to major strategic decisions, building strong expertise across finance, product, and overall business strategy.
In addition to this appointment, he also serves on the board of Shriram Automall, further reflecting his experience in governance and industry leadership.
