Over the course of his career, Wadhwa has held senior leadership positions at Arohan Financial Services Limited, SMFG India Credit, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). His experience spans rural banking, microfinance, business operations, collections, product management, customer engagement, and operational strategy.
With extensive expertise across banking and financial services, Wadhwa is expected to play a key role in supporting Sathapana Bank’s growth strategy, strengthening operational excellence, and enhancing customer-centric banking initiatives.
