Anil Sethi has assumed incharge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Iris Global Services, marking a significant leadership development for the company as it sharpens its focus on scale, market leadership, and portfolio expansion across technology and services. Based in India, his appointment reflects Iris Global’s strategic intent to accelerate growth, strengthen partner ecosystems, and deepen customer engagement amid evolving digital and infrastructure demands.
In his new role, Anil Sethi will lead Iris Global Services’ overall vision and business strategy, with a strong emphasis on execution excellence, market expansion, strategic alliances, and customer-centric growth. His mandate includes scaling the company’s end-to-end offerings while reinforcing its position in enterprise technology and services.
Anil brings over three decades of leadership experience in the global IT industry. He joins Iris Global Services after a distinguished 12-year tenure at Dell Technologies, where he most recently served as Vice President & General Manager – Enterprise Business. During his time at Dell, he also held senior leadership roles across channels and infrastructure businesses, driving sustained partner-led and customer-focused growth. His earlier career includes senior roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Microsoft, and IBM, with extensive exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cloud, OEM partnerships, and regional leadership across ASEAN and South Asia.
His appointment underscores Iris Global Services’ commitment to seasoned leadership and long-term, scalable growth driven by strong execution and trusted partnerships.
