Fintech company Razorpay has expanded its artificial intelligence (AI) leadership team by appointing four senior engineering leaders from leading technology firms, reinforcing its vision of building AI-native financial infrastructure for businesses worldwide.
Leading the appointments is Sudhir Reddy, former CTO and Co-founder of Divyam.ai, who joins Razorpay as the company’s senior-most individual contributor to lead AI and data architecture. With nearly two decades of experience, Reddy has previously held key roles at Flipkart, Yahoo and Symantec.
Joining him are Abhishek Agarwal, formerly with Microsoft, Bhavya S., who previously worked at Salesforce, and Anuj Mathur, formerly associated with CRED. Together, the new leaders are expected to accelerate Razorpay’s AI innovation and engineering capabilities.
Commenting on the appointments, Shashank Kumar, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Razorpay, said the strengthened leadership team will support the company’s ambition to develop AI-native financial infrastructure for the evolving landscape of agentic commerce.
The latest hires build on Razorpay’s continued investment in AI talent following the appointment of Praburam Rambadran as Senior Vice President of Engineering in September 2025. Since then, the company has introduced products such as Agentic Payments, Agent Studio and Connected Banking Agents, underscoring its focus on advancing AI-powered financial solutions.
