Dabur India Limited has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with Accenture to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across its operations, as part of its broader digital transformation strategy.
Under the collaboration, Accenture will support Dabur in building a centralized data lake that integrates internal and external, structured and unstructured data. The initiative will also introduce digital dashboards and control towers to provide real-time visibility into key business performance indicators.
The transformation programme will span critical business functions, including finance, procurement, marketing, sales and supply chain. By leveraging AI and advanced analytics, Dabur aims to improve demand forecasting, optimize costs, identify new revenue opportunities and enhance decision-making across the organization.
As part of the initiative, the FMCG major also plans to deploy generative AI-powered conversational assistants to improve employee productivity and streamline internal operations.
Commenting on the partnership, Manas Mehra, Global CIO at Dabur India, said the collaboration will strengthen the company’s ability to forecast demand accurately and respond to changing market conditions with greater agility. Ankur Chaudhary, Managing Director at Accenture, added that the AI-led transformation will help build more resilient operations and support Dabur’s long-term profitable growth.
