Aurix Security has named Chuck Voleti as its new Chief Technology Officer, a strategic appointment aimed at driving a comprehensive enterprise-wide artificial intelligence transformation. In this pivotal role, Voleti also assumes responsibilities as Chief Information Officer, overseeing IT strategy and operations across the group’s portfolio, including Specialized Security, M1 Global Security, and Metro One Security. Based in the New York City metropolitan area, Voleti brings nearly three decades of progressive IT leadership to propel the organization into an AI-powered future.
Voleti’s mandate focuses on redefining technology’s role in security operations, customer
experience, and business growth. He will lead the integration of intelligent automation,
enterprise resource planning modernization, and Edge AI capabilities into the core operating model. This bold strategy goes beyond technical upgrades, embedding AI to deliver real-time intelligence that enhances frontline decision-making, strengthens risk mitigation, and supports scalable expansion. By creating a unified, data-centric architecture, Aurix aims to generate predictive insights, boost operational agility, and foster continuous innovation across its brands.

With a distinguished career, Voleti previously served as Head of Information Technology at
IPC Systems, alongside senior roles at C&S Wholesale Grocers and Office Depot. These
experiences equipped him with expertise in enterprise systems, solution architecture, and
large-scale digital transformations. Voleti holds an MBA from the University of Florida’s
Warrington College of Business and a Master of Science in Systems Science from Louisiana
State University.
