HCLTech has appointed Bhavna Kapur as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Customer Experience, marking a new chapter in her professional journey.
Kapur joins HCLTech after spending nearly seven years at Wunderman Thompson International, where she served as Associate Vice President – Client Services and India Business Lead for the Global Microsoft Account. During her tenure, she gained experience in client services and business leadership.
In her new role, Kapur will take on responsibilities across global marketing and customer experience at HCLTech. Her appointment reflects a leadership addition in areas that are important to strengthening customer engagement and the company’s global marketing efforts.
