Protectt.ai has acquired a controlling stake in AIShield, a Bosch-incubated artificial intelligence security company operating under Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW), according to an announcement by Manish Mimani, Founder and CEO of Protectt.ai Labs.
The acquisition marks a strategic step towards strengthening capabilities in artificial intelligence and mobile security. AIShield brings established expertise in AI security, supported by a portfolio of more than 40 patents filed, including 11 granted patents, along with a global enterprise customer base.
The companies aim to combine their capabilities to build an India-born cybersecurity business with global ambitions, spanning mobile security and AI security. The collaboration reflects the growing importance of protecting AI-driven systems and digital platforms as enterprises increasingly adopt advanced technologies.
Mimani acknowledged the contributions of customers, investors, employees, partners, and the AIShield and BGSW teams, highlighting the shared vision of expanding security capabilities and developing globally competitive cybersecurity solutions.
