Himani Agrawal Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft India & South Asia

Microsoft has announced the appointment of Himani Agrawal as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its India and South Asia operations. In her new role, Agrawal will be responsible for driving operational excellence, spearheading growth strategies, and leading business transformation initiatives across one of Microsoft’s fastest-growing markets.

With a rich background in technology leadership and business management, Agrawal brings over two decades of experience to the position. Her career at Microsoft has been marked by key leadership roles, including her most recent stint as Chief Partner Officer, where she played a pivotal role in expanding Microsoft’s partner ecosystem across the region.

Commenting on her appointment, Puneet Chandok, President of Microsoft India & South Asia, said, “Himani’s deep understanding of the market, combined with her leadership acumen, will be instrumental in accelerating our mission to empower every individual and organization in India and South Asia to achieve more.
