InCred Financial Services Appoints Mrinmoy Dey as Chief Information Security

InCred Financial Services has appointed cybersecurity veteran Mrinmoy Dey as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With over 21 years of experience across information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance, Mr. Dey brings deep expertise in building secure digital ecosystems within highly regulated sectors.

Prior to joining InCred Financial Services, Mr. Dey spent nearly three years as CISO at Lendingkart. During his tenure, he led the organization’s information security and governance initiatives, strengthening cloud-native security frameworks, enhancing cyber defense capabilities, and instilling a security-first operational culture. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions in governance, risk, and compliance across fintech, banking, oil & gas, and IT sectors.

In his new capacity at InCred Financial Services, Mr. Dey will oversee the company’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy, information governance, regulatory compliance, and digital resilience frameworks as the platform scales its financial service offerings.
