Kratikal Tech Ltd., the cybersecurity company co-founded by Nepali entrepreneur Deepjung Thapa, has created history by becoming the first Nepali-founded company to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The company’s shares debuted at ₹192, following an initial public offering (IPO) priced at ₹135, reflecting strong investor confidence. The IPO also witnessed an overwhelming response, with subscriptions reaching 205.08 times, making it one of the most notable public offerings in the sector.

The listing represents a significant achievement for Nepal’s startup ecosystem, highlighting the growing global presence of Nepali entrepreneurs in the technology and innovation space.
