Hilal brings over 17 years of experience in cybersecurity, having previously served as the CISO at Razorpay, where he was instrumental in fortifying the company’s payment security infrastructure. His expertise spans threat management, risk assessment, and compliance, making him a valuable addition to Liminal’s executive team.
In his new role, Hilal will oversee Liminal’s information security strategies, ensuring the robustness of its digital asset custody solutions. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Liminal, which has recently expanded its operations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, including securing a Financial Services Permission (FSP) license from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and opening a new office in Dubai.
