Kolkata: Niladri Das has been appointed as Director at Deloitte, bringing nearly two decades of experience across cloud computing, artificial intelligence, enterprise architecture, strategy consulting, client partnerships, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Brings Extensive Leadership Experience from Tata Consultancy Services
Prior to joining Deloitte, Das spent more than a decade at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he held several leadership roles spanning global client management, AI strategy, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and business consulting.
Most recently, he served as Global Client Partner, managing strategic relationships across life sciences, healthcare, energy, and resources sectors in the Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier, he led AI initiatives for Australia, the Middle East, and APAC markets, helping organizations adopt emerging technologies and develop long-term business transformation strategies.
Strong Expertise in Cloud, AI and Enterprise Architecture
During his tenure at TCS, Das played a key role in driving cloud transformation programs across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. He worked extensively on cloud-first strategies, enterprise modernization, and sustainable technology roadmaps across multiple industries.
His experience also includes leading strategy and solution engagements for major energy and resource sector clients across Europe, architecting digital transformation programs focused on alternate energy, waste management, Industry 4.0, digital twins, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and smart infrastructure.
As an Enterprise Architect, he was responsible for designing large-scale digital ecosystems integrating cloud platforms, enterprise applications, analytics, and customer-facing solutions.

Before joining TCS, Das served as Technical Architect at PwC, where he worked on enterprise architecture, delivery management, team leadership, and business development initiatives.
He also held the position of Senior Consultant at Capgemini, focusing on business analysis and data modelling for telecom and financial services organizations.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Associate Solution Designer at Tech Mahindra, building expertise in telecom technologies, data management, business intelligence, and enterprise solutions.
