The Uttar Pradesh Government has reassigned Shri P. Guruprasad, IAS (1999 batch), relieving him of his role as Principal Secretary, Revenue Department.
In his new capacity, he will take charge as Principal Secretary – Urban Development Department and Principal Secretary – Urban Employment & Poverty Alleviation Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
With this appointment, Shri Guruprasad will lead key initiatives aimed at advancing urban infrastructure, housing, and livelihood opportunities across the state.
