Before joining CtrlS, Dhar served as Country Director – Data Centers at Microsoft, overseeing hyperscale campuses across India to power Microsoft Azure and advanced AI-driven services such as Copilot. His leadership journey also includes:
Tata Communications – Heading Northern India operations, including the Passport Seva Data Center project.
Colt Data Centre Services (Germany & India) – Driving international transitions and operational excellence.
