Strata Geosystems has appointed Samir Agrawal as its new President, tasking him with leading the company’s next phase of growth across India and the United States. In this role, he will focus on scaling sales of Strata’s geosynthetic and soil-reinforcement products while expanding the company’s global infrastructure footprint.
Agrawal brings more than two decades of experience in business transformation and strategy. Most recently, he served as CEO of the Human Protection business at Arvind Advanced Materials, and earlier held senior roles at Arvind Limited, Boston Consulting Group, and Tata Motors.
According to Strata Geosystems, Agrawal will play a key role in strengthening its presence in the U.S. infrastructure market while also accelerating the adoption of its sustainable solutions in India. The company said his background in strategy and international business makes him well-suited to drive its commercial ambitions.
Agrawal said he is excited to join Strata at a time when the company is looking to build stronger sales engines in its core markets and expand the reach of its innovative products. His appointment comes as demand rises globally for advanced geotechnical engineering solutions.
