Sapna Chadha has been elevated to Vice President, Asia Pacific Ads Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations at Google, taking on a broader regional mandate after nearly four years as Vice President, Southeast Asia and South Asia Frontier at Google Asia Pacific.
In her new role, Chadha will oversee go-to-market strategy and operations for Google’s advertising business across the Asia Pacific region. Her responsibilities will span business strategy, growth priorities, resource allocation, product commercialization, sales operations and business intelligence.

She subsequently held several senior marketing and regional leadership positions, including overseeing marketing across India and Southeast Asia before moving into her previous frontier-market leadership role.
Before joining Google, Chadha spent nearly a decade with American Express, where she held roles across product management, business planning, strategy and operations, including serving as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of American Express Banking Corp in India.
Her elevation comes as Google continues to expand its AI-powered advertising capabilities across APAC.
