With over 15 years of experience in the BFSI sector, Sharan has worked across banking, lending, and insurance functions with institutions such as IKF Finance, SBFC Finance Limited, ING Vysya Life Insurance, and HDFC Bank. His professional background reflects deep exposure to frontline operations, customer-centric financial services, and institutional processes across multiple segments of the financial services ecosystem.
At Finedge Training Institute, which is affiliated with the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India and operates under a DPIIT-recognised startup framework, Sharan will focus on developing industry-aligned and outcome-oriented training programmes. His mandate includes strengthening operational frameworks, enhancing curriculum relevance, and building scalable training models to support workforce readiness.
His responsibilities also involve working closely with industry stakeholders to ensure training programmes remain aligned with evolving market requirements and regulatory expectations.
