In her expanded role, she will continue driving information security and cyber resilience initiatives with a focus on strengthening security governance, enterprise risk management, and security awareness across global operations.

Nivya Alakkasseri brings more than a decade of experience across cybersecurity, information security, and technology risk management.
Throughout her professional journey, she has developed expertise in:

Her experience spans enterprise-scale security initiatives across multinational technology and consumer organizations.

Before joining PepsiCo, she worked with AVEVA as Senior Information & Cyber Security Analyst, where she focused on cybersecurity operations and phishing simulation programs.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly six years at Cognizant Technology Solutions in information security and security analyst roles, building foundational expertise in enterprise cybersecurity and risk management.
