Extensive Leadership Experience Across Cybersecurity and Risk Management
Before joining RateGain, Bansal served as Senior Director at NopalCyber, where she focused on cybersecurity transformation, digital trust initiatives, OEM partnerships, and organizational resilience programs.
Prior to that, she held multiple leadership positions at Fareportal, including Senior Director, Director – Information Security, and Associate Director – Information Security. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs, fraud investigations, SOC transformation initiatives, governance frameworks, and compliance programs.
Her leadership has consistently focused on building resilient security architectures, strengthening governance frameworks, and enhancing organizational preparedness against emerging cyber threats.
Driving Security Transformation and Digital Trust
Throughout her career, Bansal has successfully led large-scale cybersecurity initiatives across information security, fraud management, security operations, risk governance, and regulatory compliance.
Her expertise spans key industry standards and frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, risk management, vulnerability management, incident response, security operations centers (SOC), and enterprise governance programs.
She has also played a critical role in helping organizations strengthen business continuity, improve compliance maturity, and establish robust digital trust frameworks.

Prior to Fareportal, Bansal served as Head Information Security at Fareportal, IGT Solutions, and InterGlobe Enterprises, where she was responsible for security strategy, governance, risk, and compliance functions.
Earlier in her career, she held cybersecurity consulting and leadership roles at PwC, Aujas Networks, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), delivering security assessments, risk management programs, compliance initiatives, and enterprise-wide information security frameworks across multiple industries.
Her broad experience across consulting, technology, travel, and digital enterprises provides a strong foundation for leading cybersecurity and risk functions at scale.
