SIS Group of Schools has named Dr. Kavita Bajpai as its new Associate Director of Professional Growth, a role focused on leadership development, educator training, and driving academic innovation across the group’s global network of schools.
A veteran educator with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Bajpai has contributed significantly to India’s school education landscape through her work in Cambridge, IB, Indian National Curriculum, Reggio Emilia, EYFS, and AERO programs. Alongside her new appointment, she continues to serve as Mentor Director at The International School of Thrissur and as an independent Education Advisor, guiding institutions on best practices in pedagogy and curriculum design.
Her career spans leadership roles such as Director at Reggio Emilia India Foundation, Founder Principal of Jamnabai Narsee School in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, and Principal at EuroSchool Ahmedabad. She also played pivotal academic roles at Anand Niketan International School, Udgam School for Children (where she collaborated with PRL and NASA), and Rani Laxmibai Public School, earning recognition from the NCSTC, Government of India.
Dr. Bajpai’s influence has been acknowledged widely—she was named among Femina’s 50 Most Influential Women of India and received the Global Outstanding Leadership Award at Education 2.0 in Dubai. She also contributes as a Council Member at GLG, panellist for ISRO’s educational initiatives, and advocate for heritage conservation and special needs education.
