Neeraj Athalye has joined SNP Group as Managing Director – India Subcontinent, taking charge of the company’s growth strategy across one of the world’s fastest-growing enterprise technology markets.
The appointment of Neeraj Athalye SNP Group comes as enterprises across India accelerate SAP modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
In his new role, Athalye will lead regional go-to-market strategy, ecosystem expansion, partner engagement, and adoption of SNP’s Kyano transformation platform across India’s large SAP enterprise landscape.
Driving SAP Transformation and Enterprise Modernization
At SNP Group, Athalye will focus on helping organizations accelerate SAP S/4HANA migration programs while strengthening partnerships with leading Global System Integrators (GSIs) and technology ecosystem partners.
A key priority will be expanding the footprint of SNP’s Kyano platform, enabling enterprises to simplify complex transformation projects through software-driven automation, data management, and migration capabilities.
His appointment comes at a time when organizations are increasingly seeking faster, lower-risk, and more predictable transformation journeys.
Veteran Enterprise Technology Leader
Athalye brings more than two decades of leadership experience across enterprise software, cloud computing, digital transformation, customer experience, innovation, and business strategy.
Prior to joining SNP Group, he served as Vice President & Head – APAC at Icertis, where he led regional growth initiatives and customer engagement programs across the Asia-Pacific region.
Before Icertis, he held senior leadership roles at SUSE, including Managing Director – Indian Subcontinent and Head of Global Sales Operations, helping drive revenue growth, partner ecosystem expansion, and open-source technology adoption.
Long-Standing Leadership Career at SAP
A significant part of Athalye’s career was spent at SAP, where he held multiple leadership positions over more than a decade.
His responsibilities spanned innovation and digital business, cloud solutions, customer experience, strategic account management, GST transformation initiatives, enterprise platforms, analytics, mobility, and SAP S/4HANA adoption.
He also played a key role in building partner ecosystems, launching innovation programs, and driving digital transformation initiatives across industries including manufacturing, BFSI, public sector, and enterprise services.
