Before joining Redington, Shetty served as Chief Executive Officer of Syntel Telecom, a division of Arvind Limited, and Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions, where he led growth initiatives across telecommunications and enterprise connectivity solutions.
Earlier, he served as President – Sales at CtrlS Datacenters, where he played a significant role in expanding the company’s colocation, cloud, and data center business across domestic and international markets.
His experience in the data center sector provides him with strong expertise in hyperscale infrastructure, cloud ecosystems, enterprise technology adoption, and strategic growth planning.
