Pranav Dahiya has joined Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters as Chief Business Officer, bringing extensive experience across consumer businesses, food and beverage, finance, strategy, business transformation, and growth leadership.

Diverse Leadership Experience Across Consumer and Financial Services
Dahiya brings nearly two decades of experience spanning business leadership, corporate finance, strategy, sales, mergers and acquisitions, and P&L management.
Before joining Blue Tokai, he served as Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at Yum! Brands for Pizza Hut India and was also a Board Member of Yum India.
In this role, he was involved in strategic planning, financial leadership, growth initiatives, and business transformation across one of the world’s leading quick-service restaurant brands.
Key Role in Scaling Chaayos
Prior to Yum! Brands, Dahiya spent more than four years with Chaayos, where he held leadership positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff.
As CFO, he was responsible for financial planning, business insights, sourcing strategy, compliance, and organizational decision-making. He also led acquisition initiatives, including the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and completion of strategic transactions.
Earlier as Chief of Staff, he played a key role in scaling the company’s cloud kitchen operations, strengthening logistics capabilities, and driving business expansion initiatives.
Strong Foundation in Corporate Banking and Finance
Before moving into consumer and food-service leadership roles, Dahiya built a successful career in banking and financial services.
He held senior positions at Hero FinCorp, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ING, managing corporate banking relationships, institutional finance portfolios, multinational accounts, and large conglomerate businesses.
His experience spans structured finance, corporate lending, relationship management, treasury solutions, and strategic business development.
