Bhopal | July 2025 — At the prestigious Madhya Pradesh Growth Conclave 2025, the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, committing ₹1 lakh crore in financial assistance over the next five years. This strategic partnership aims to boost large-scale housing and infrastructure projects across the state.
The MoU signifies a strong push towards building inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready cities in Madhya Pradesh. Beyond financing, HUDCO will also provide technical consultancy and capacity-building support to ensure efficient planning and implementation.
Speaking at the conclave, Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, expressed deep confidence in the state’s growth momentum. “This partnership underscores our commitment to being a catalyst in Madhya Pradesh’s development journey. HUDCO will not only fund critical infrastructure but also actively support capacity building and urban planning initiatives.”
On the occasion, Shri Kulshrestha also felicitated Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, applauding the state’s progressive vision for urban transformation and inclusive growth.
This collaboration marks a significant step in achieving the state’s long-term infrastructure goals and is aligned with India’s broader vision of sustainable urbanization and economic resilience.
