Hyderabad: Sayantan Bose has joined Protiviti India as Managing Director – Clients & Markets, marking a significant leadership move in the consulting and advisory landscape. With more than two decades of experience spanning consulting, technology services, enterprise sales, business development, and strategic alliances, he will lead client growth initiatives and market expansion efforts for the firm.
Prior to joining Protiviti India, Bose spent nearly a decade with EY India, where he most recently served as Director – Clients & Industries – Technology, GCC & Global Alliance. During his tenure, he managed strategic Global Capability Center (GCC) accounts and led business development initiatives across technology consulting, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud services, managed tax services, automation, and business consulting.
At EY, he played a key role in strengthening alliance-led business growth with major technology partners including Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow. He was also responsible for driving large-scale digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology initiatives for leading organizations across sectors.
Before EY, Bose held leadership positions with IBM, Tech Mahindra, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, HCL Infosystems, Net4 India, and Xerox. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in enterprise technology sales, consulting-led business growth, strategic account management, IoT, cloud adoption, telecommunications, and digital transformation.
At IBM, he managed one of South Asia’s largest telecom accounts, driving consulting and services revenue while leading initiatives around cloud applications, connected solutions, and smart technologies. During his tenure at Tech Mahindra, he successfully expanded the company’s enterprise and telecom footprint across India and international markets, including landmark technology transformation projects in Sri Lanka.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Bose is an ICT Committee Member at the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) and Co-Founder of Hyderabad Mavericks, an industry-led networking and collaboration platform.
